super stay!

tasty breakfast lovely treat custard tart great touch
i love that breakfast has tons of options. everyday they would leave a lovely treat. i got custard tarts one day. i think its a great touch.
the lobby is upstairs and i dont saw a lift. i had a big bags and i had to carry it. it was a little stressfull.

helpful staff convenient dining entrance staircase drunk people
The staff was wonderfully helpful. They gave me directions to a free concert at the concert hall and assisted with metro questions. The food court attached offers convenient dining options.
The hotel have a huge staircase at the entrance with no lift. I had large luggage and it was difficult to carry it up the stairs. The sign on the piano said "no playing after 10," but drunk people played terribly at 11:30 pm.

lovely stay in a vibrant location

convenient location friendly staff direct access helpful staff
the location was super convenient. i liked being close to public transportation. the hotel connected directly to the bom sucesso market, such a great choice for food! the staff were very helpful and friendly too.
The staircase to the reception was a bit much. I wished there was an elevator or escalator.

the hotel offers access to a piano on the ground floor ! there is a large staircase to enter the hotel, so please consider this when travelling with heavy luggage. the bom sucesso market is directly accessible from the hotel.

mixed feelings about this place

privacy loss strong smell
the bathroom setup was odd. there was only a curtain separating it from the main room, a real lack of privacy. additionally, the smell of disinfectant was VERY strong. it, it was an UNPLEASANT experience.
